I have a new recipe to share with you and I am so excited because it is a power bowl of Yum!

 

The featured food are blackberries, little nutrition rockstars, high in antioxidants and fiber.

As matter of fact, according to Dr. Mercola, these little gems are  one of the best high-ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) foods available.

Minerals like copper, manganese, magnesium, potassium, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, riboflavin, niacin, and folic acid, are also found in this fruit.

 

My Blackberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl will make it's debut in the Synergy3 Spring Cleanse 2018 but I had to share it with all of you because it is so delicious.  Let me know if you
