Hi gang, how's everyone doing out there? Those of us in the Northeast are anxiously waiting for Spring! It's been a long winter and a crazy March on this side of the world! It's not too early to think about renewing our bodies after long, cold winter days. I know I could use to focus more on recharging my body and I hope you can join me on April 9, 2018 for the Synergy3 Spring Cleanse.
Spring is a perfect time for a reboot/cleanse! Our bodies naturally go into storage mode in the winter and a lot of our food choices are building, in order to stay warm and nurtured! Now it's time to move the excess out and soon we will be enjoying, nature's naturally detoxifying produce. It's really amazing to me, if you follow the natural pattern of seasonal foods, we are getting what our bodies need to be healthy!
The Synergy3 team knows this only to well and that is why our seasonal programs are successful. We support you by choosing the right foods and lifestyle tips in order that you can feel reenergized and renewed! This year our focus will be on the word - RENEWAL! Just thinking about it, makes me excited to start!
Spring Cleansing will incorporate more fruits and veggies and a special focus on hydration. A typical day might look something like this:
- 7am - Warm lemon water and stretching
- 8am - Smoothie
- 10am - Mineral Broth
- 12pm - Large Salad with protein and healthy fat
- 3-4pm -Healthy Snack
- 6pm - Soup and vegetables

The benefits of stopping to take time and pamper yourself are many and my job is to gently guide you through the process with mindfulness. We all know what we need to do but it helps to do it in a community. It's time to enjoy sunshine, longer hours and fresh air.
